The Farm
Four high tunnels on five acres just west of Schuylerville keep lettuce, spinach, kale, and arugula growing through winter. We harvest every single day — not because it photographs well, but because salad should taste like it was still in the ground this morning.

The freshest fish and seafood of the week is brought in every Friday. Pair it with greens from the tunnel, a loaf from the baker, and whatever Tim puts in a 4-pack.
